Are the reviews real?
Yes, always. Every review comes from one of your actual customers, written in their own words. We never write, buy or edit reviews.
Is asking for reviews allowed by Google?
Asking your customers for reviews is allowed and encouraged. What's not allowed is fake reviews, paying or rewarding people for reviews, and only asking customers you expect to be happy. We do none of these: every customer receives the same invitation.
